The best thing about having Christen as a traveling partner? We get to experiment and eat all the good stuff that’s out there! She rocks with the Trying of New Things — and usually, I gauge the noises she makes when chowing down before I try things like balut, brains, instestines… and durian and shaved ice and tapioca pudding and grilled sting ray.. She’s such a FOODIE (and a bit of a coffee addict obsessive.)
